How to Human

The goal of successful human-ing is to make it to over 100 years and be healthy for most of them.

But learning how to human is hard and most of us have our approach to health backwards.

We get sick, and then try to fix it. This doesn’t work.

The focus should be on optimising lifestyle and never becoming ill.
